Dr Rosena Allin-Khan MP was first elected MP for Tooting in 2016 and is the Shadow Minister for Sport.
Before entering politics, Rosena worked around the world as a humanitarian aid doctor and as an A&E doctor at St George’s Hospital, Tooting.
Since being elected, Rosena has visited the Jungle in Calais and the Za’atari refugee camp in Jordan. In November 2017, Rosena worked as a humanitarian aid doctor in Cox’s Bazar and other camps along the Bangladesh/Myanmar border.
Rosena continues to raise mental health and social care matters in the House of Commons to ensure that the UK Government takes action to protect the quality of care in the NHS. In light of this, Rosena was proud to join CareTech Foundation’s new Advisory Council to provide her medical expertise on future projects.
