Bhavna Keane-Rao

Bhavna has extensive experience working with the Care Quality Commission and its predecessors. She helped deliver the first quality framework and worked in various roles at CQC including as national lead supporting large corporate providers.
Bhavna co-founded BKR Care Consultancy in 2011 which has more than 30 consultants supporting services ranging from care homes and care villages to private and NHS GPs and hospitals, dental practices, and children’s care services.
She advises International Care Ethics in Social Care and was a board member of Research in Specialist and Elderly Care. She is a trustee of Ethos Foundation.
