The Prince’s Trust:

The Prince’s Trust had to revise its overall targets for the programme in 2022. Over the course of our partnership, the programme continued to support young people into roles in health and social care and the Foundation was one of the few social care funders of the programme. Overall, the programme has resulted in 3,760 job offers and 2,970 individuals accepted. Of these, 441 (21%) of those in sustained employment were in social care. Through this partnership, The Prince’s Trust seconded a staff member for six months from its resourcing team to join CareTech Ltd’s Recruitment team to better understand the recruitment process employed by CareTech Ltd and the wider social care sector.
