Breaking Barriers:

Partnering with the European Social Fund (ESF), refugee employment specialist Breaking Barriers will work with 1,090 refugees over two years to support individuals securing roles in health and social care. The Foundation’s funding part-unlocked the commitment from ESF, which will result in the creation of bespoke recruitment pathways, education and training opportunities and enhanced visibility for social care in this space.

CareTech, through the support of the Foundation, will support Breaking Barriers with development of the social care element of the programme across London, Manchester and Birmingham over two years.
