Jonathan Freeman MBE Steps Down as CEO of CareTech Foundation After Transformative Seven Years.

Jonathan Freeman MBE is the founding CEO of the CareTech Foundation, having held this role since its inception in 2017.

Over the past seven years, Jonathan has exemplified exceptional leadership, guiding the Foundation to become a source of pride for all involved. Despite challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic, his leadership has enabled the Foundation to thrive.

Under Jonathan’s guidance, the Foundation has grown from non-existence to achieving numerous milestones, including servicing over 1.8 million direct beneficiaries and distributing in excess of £4.7 million in funding to various causes, including 334 charities.

Having achieved so much with the Foundation and eager for new challenges, Jonathan has decided to step down as CEO of the CareTech Foundation to embark on a new adventure with the Charity for Civil Servants. This organisation is particularly meaningful to him, as he began his career as a civil servant. We wish Jonathan all the best in his new role and look forward to seeing the positive impact he will undoubtedly continue to make.

In due course, the Foundation will provide updates on how this transition will affect our organisation. However, it is important to emphasise that our work will continue at the high standards we are known for, delivering meaningful impact as always.
