The chatbot is a digital resource that is available 24/7 and provides a variety of essential information for social care staff and service users. With the help of the chatbot, users are able to create personalised template letters with details of their specific situation, which can be sent to local bodies to ask for support and challenge social care decisions, support loved ones and protect personal rights. Users can also receive general guidance on their specific situation and be connected to legal professionals through a host of partner law firms.
