We are delighted to award a Match-Funding Grant of £350 to Sam Graham, a Childcare Practitioner at CareTech, for raising funds for The My Name’5 Doddie foundation.
Sam walked 215 miles of the southern upland way, over 10 days to raise awareness and money for this charity which is very close to his heart. Since childhood, Sam has been a big rugby fan and over the years has been saddened by the number of famous players who have been diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease (MND).
The My Name’5 Doddie foundation is committed to helping improve the lives of those affected by Motor Neuron Disease. The charity help to fund grants, giving considerable sums to our friends at MND Association and MND Scotland to administer to individuals and families living with MND.
