Alzheimer’s Research
On 6th December 2019 the team at Parkwood, led by Deputy Manager Nicola, took part in an ‘Elf Day’ for the Alzheimer’s Society
All staff from the home dressed up for the day. They also organised games, including ‘Name the Elf’ and ‘The Bauble Game’ – both raising money for the charity. The charity is close to Nicola’s heart, as her dad has dementia, so she was pleased and excited that so many of the staff took part, raising £280 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
