Partnership Grants
Whizz-Kidz:
12 outdoor, fully accessible events will be held over three years where young wheelchair users and their families will have an unforgettable day of fun and activity, get a chance to meet other young wheelchair users and receive resource packs with material from experienced wheelchair users. This partnership will have a lasting effect – when those wheelchair users return to their own communities they will be able to “brag” about what they did and start to break down the psychological barriers that surround them. Whizz-Kidz will also involve local businesses to sponsor the events so that after the partnership concludes, future events have funding and relationships secured.
