We’ve awarded a Community Grant of £2,500 to the Clapton Common Boys Club for its ARTspiration Programme, to support 28 Social Educational and Mental Health (SEMH) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) children. There will be fourteen children per group and they will develop their creative talents including; communication, expression, through helping children regulate their feelings and emotions. The programme will encourage positive feelings through expressive qualities of making art enjoyable, fun and engaging.
Clapton Common Boys Club provide stimulating and constructive activities to improve the effects of social and education deprivation on disengaged and disadvantaged children, young people and adults in the boroughs of Hackney and Haringey.
