Christopher Dickinson

Treasurer, Chair of Investment Committee, Member of Audit & Risk Committee

Chris joined CareTech in January 2019 as Cambian Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining CareTech, Chris spent over 15 years in the global investment banking sector primarily focused in the UK. He has extensive transactional experience in strategic mergers and acquisitions and associated financings. He was previously a Managing Director at Jefferies where he acted for CareTech plc on its merger with Cambian. Prior to Jefferies, Chris spent 14 years in the investment banking division of J.P. Morgan and three years at Deloitte, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.

Chris graduated from Warwick University with a degree in Computer and Management Science.  He is married with three children and lives in Richmond.
